  1. INSTRUCTIONS, INDOCTRINATIONS & COMMANDS

Researchers are just trying to understand Gods ways and patterns of shaping and moulding the man. Their results agrees with the concept of God’s upbringing. First, give instructions. (Teach to Obey) Command to Obey It. Set the rules and boundaries, don’t give room for lawlessness or licentiousness.

Essentially, this verb refers to verbal communication by which a superior “orders” or “commands” a subordinate. (This is where families’ especially new couples miss it, the Head must be given the authority to set the command).

The same model is used in the military, you learn to obey commands. Command was used 87times in the Old Testament and 17times in the NT, when used most times in the NT it was a quote of the OT.

All through the Old Testament, God kept commanding and instructing His family (Israel) on what to do, in the view of making them worthy of the promised blessing.

Joshua 1:6 – 8 NLT. “Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them. Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them, turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do. Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

The Art and act of teaching is persuasiveness. Don’t give up on them, until thy take it in. just like the teaching profession, you have not completed your job until the children achieve the desired results or objectives. That is why the results or performance of pupils are used to evaluate the teaching skills of a teacher.

One of the reasons, Jesus came to this Earth was to teach us the instructions. Mark 4:1, He taught us His Doctrines (God’s Instructions).

Proverbs 22:6, Ephesians 6:1 – 4 (Especially 4 Amplified version); as a parent we were commanded to teach. Teaching involves disciplining in Love.

Matt 5:19 KJV    Whosoever, therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
